Getting Closer
So every day since I made my decision to move I have been researching, enquiring and generally convincing myself that what I'm doing is for the best! Selling off my possessions so I can obtain a new passport, Visa and flight ticket have been top of the agenda. Well, 2 out of 4 isn't bad I guess. I'm going to leave flight tickets 'til the VERY last minute and I can't apply for a Visa until my new passport has arrived but I'm becoming increasingly impatient.... GET ME OUTTA HERE lol

Preparing for Thailand
In about 6 weeks time I shall be leaving the U.K. for sunnier and warmer climates for I am moving to Thailand!
So here's how it all came about....
This certainly isn't something that 'came out of the blue'. Oh don't get me wrong, the final decision to leave was quite quick. In fact I was stood in the shower and thought 'ya know what, sod it, I'm off to Thailand' :D
I'd been thinking about going over there more and more, especially now dad is thinking of selling the house. I couldn't let this opportunity pass me by. So now I'm selling EVERYTHING I own. Sentimental or not, it's got to go otherwise I won't be able to afford a plane ticket.
I think it was a friend of mine who made the final decision for me, inspiring me to do it. After graduating a couple of years ago she's barely been in the U.K. and if I'm honest I guess I was envious. Envious that I was stuck in this country with what seemed like no real future. Politics, attitudes, laws and the weather are just a few of the things I hate about Engand. I know I probably shouldn't let things get me down too easily but it's a mindset. Years of supression and not being able to express myself in any healthy way is not how I want to spend the rest of my life.
-Let's just call it a sabbatical(or a really long holiday)!-
A few things need to be sorted before I go like giving up my flat (no real love lost there), sorting out final bill payments and getting my jabs... nice! But after all that I should be good to go :D
So most of my stuff has/is been/being sold and as soon as I have enough money I'm buying those plane tickets.....
